Aidan O’Brien recently chaired an RFU Competitions Appeal panel, tasked with considering an appeal against the North Divisional Organising Committee’s decision to relegate Blyth RFC, from Durham Northumberland 2 to Durham Northumberland 3, following the conclusion of the 2016-17 season.
