Laura’s practice routinely includes cases where fundamental dishonesty is alleged, most commonly in LVI cases where the resultant allegation is that the alleged injuries are fabricated or exaggerated. She also has experience of cases where fraud is alleged in respect of the circumstances of the accident, including induced collisions.
Laura is often instructed early on in matters to advise on prospects of a fundamental dishonesty or fraud allegation and to draft pleadings.
