We are very pleased to welcome David Hughes as a door tenant here at Farrar’s Building.
David was called to the bar in 1997. He was in full-time practice at the Gibraltar Bar until 2007, when he returned to Wales. David has a broad civil practice, specialising in civil actions against the police, mental health & capacity law, public law, commercial law and defamation.
David is a committee member of Public Law Wales and the Wales Commercial Law Association, and is an elected member of the Policy Council and Executive Committee of Liberty. He is a director of Snowsport Wales and Wales Rugby League. He speaks fluent Spanish, excellent French and good Italian.
